Quote request form
The quote form asks for your company, name, email, phone (optional), part details, volume, finish, timeline and an optional drawing. It opens a pre-addressed email in your own email app, and nothing reaches us until you send that email. It goes to APF's quoting team at info@apfgr.com. We use it to quote and follow up on your request and keep it as a business record.
Chat
The chat window is provided by ScaleSmart, APF's website and marketing partner, and uses AI to answer questions about APF. Chats are stored by ScaleSmart, and APF and ScaleSmart may review them to follow up with you and improve the answers. Please don't share confidential information in the chat.
Analytics
We use PostHog to count page views and a few actions: viewing, starting and submitting the quote form, tapping our phone number or email address, and opening the chat. PostHog stores an identifier in a cookie and your browser's local storage. It doesn't receive what you type into the form or the chat, and session recording is off.
No ads, no sale
We don't use advertising pixels, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.
Your privacy choices
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically and analytics don't load. Analytics also don't load for visitors in Europe. You can turn analytics off for this browser here:
